The St. George Plantation Owners’ Association (SGPOA) amenities include two outdoor, in-ground swimming pools available to authorized owners, guests, and renters. Entry codes for both pools can be obtained from the administrative office or your rental agency.
Swim in Our Pools
Magnolia Clubhouse Pool
The Magnolia Clubhouse pool is a 103,000-gallon pool. Bike racks are available as well as on-site parking. Located within the pool area are restrooms and a covered pavilion with picnic tables. Three gated entrances require access codes.
Magnolia Clubhouse Pool will open for the season on April 14, 2025.
Resort Village Pool
The Resort Village pool, located inside Resort Village Property off of Leisure Lane, includes a clubhouse with changing and restroom facilities. There is also a Ping Pong table, located next to the clubhouse. This pool has a gradual entry, perfect for young children.
Two gated entrances require an access code. Pool visitors must use designated pathways and parking lots. One parking lot is on Park Ave. ,and the other is off the south side of Resort Village Lane. Please do not trespass on private property or park at the ends of the cul-de-sacs.
The pools are open daily from 9:00 AM until dusk year-round. They are not heated.
Be sure to check with the rental agency or homeowner and see the Neighborhoods webpage to confirm if your rental gives you eligibility to use.

Smoking is prohibited at both pools, Magnolia Clubhouse and Resort Village grounds.
