The St. George Plantation Owners’ Association (SGPOA) amenities include two outdoor, in-ground swimming pools available to authorized owners, guests and renters. Entry codes for both pools can be obtained from the administrative office or your rental agency.

Magnolia Clubhouse Pool
The Magnolia Clubhouse pool is a 103,000 gallon pool. Bike racks are available as well as on site parking. Located within the pool area are restrooms and a covered pavilion with picnic tables. There are three gated entrances which require access codes.
Resort Village Pool
NOW OPEN!!! The Resort Village pool, located inside Resort Village Property off of Leisure Lane, includes a club house with changing and rest room facilities. This pool has a gradual entry, perfect for young children.
There are two gated entrances which require an access code. Pool visitors must use designated pathways and parking lots. One parking lot is on Park Ave. and the other is off the south side of Resort Village Lane. Please do not trespass on private property or park at the ends of the cul-de-sacs.
The pools are open daily from 9:00 am until dusk year-round. They are not heated.
Be sure to check with the rental agency or homeowner and see the Neighborhoods webpage to confirm if your rental gives you eligibility to use.
