Note that not all homes inside The Plantation are part of the St. George Plantation Owners’ Association (SGPOA). Properties in certain neighborhoods do NOT have access to all amenities unless they have an agreement with SGPOA. Documents that will be of interest to your clients include our Vision, Values, Governance & Awards, our Architectural Review documents for building or renovating homes, and the Estoppel Form needed for closings. Please note that you must accompany prospective owners into The Plantation. You may not issue them a guest pass to enter without you or to use the amenities. Thanks for your cooperation.
