When working in the Plantation, you’ll find that owners value the low density, dark sky, and commitment to preserving the natural beauty. Accordingly, the Association’s policies include a Sound Restriction Policy, parking regulations, and working hours. When entering the Plantation, service providers acknowledge that they will follow all Vendor Rules and Regulations of St. George Plantation Owners’ Association (SGPOA) including going only to the address where they are completing work.
Contractors & Vendors
All work must occur between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. No work is allowed on Sundays or holidays.
There is no on-street parking of any vehicles unless previously authorized. Upon demand by the Association’s security personnel, vehicles parked in violation hereof must be immediately brought into compliance by removing the vehicle from the Plantation or parking so that the violation no longer exists. Failure to comply may result in the owner of the offending vehicle(s) being fined and/or the offending vehicle(s) being towed at the owner’s expense.
