The Plantation’s pristine white-sand beaches beckon you to take a leisure stroll, build sandcastles, play volleyball, toss your frisbee, fly your kite, swim, kayak, picnic, cast your fishing line, or just stretch out and bask in the sun. All properties in the Plantation have beach access via nature trails off Leisure Lane and 28 well-maintained common boardwalks at the ends of the T roads. Fun is just on the other side.
Beach Access
Parking for Beach Access is available at four locations:
- Sea Pine Pickle Ball Courts on the east end
- Resort Village Parking Lot for Gulf Beach Park
- Plantation Clubhouse on Magnolia in the center of the community
- Jetty Parking on Leisure Lane before entrance to Schooners' Landing on the west end
Never park on road shoulders or on side streets.
This Interactive Map shows the common boardwalks and sand trails that lead to the beach as well as the available parking areas. Here is a printable map as well.
Leave No Trace
All beach equipment must be removed from the beach every night to protect wildlife and other beach goers. Failure to do so can lead to confiscation of equipment and fines.
